Should I upgrade to Blu-ray with an Infocus X2 projector SVGA?
I have a Infocus X2 SVGA projector that is connected to a 5-Disc Upconvert Sony DVD player via HDMI. I wonder if I bought a Blu-Ray, I will notice any difference in picture quality even though the projector SVGA? The projector is compatible with HDTV.
The problem is that is SVGA 4:3 aspect. So for the projector to the high-level width of the correct ratio of 16:9, still lose more vertical resolution. So, you may notice a slight increase in Visual quality due to the higher source, but probably will be negligible. That said, since Blue-Ray has won the format war, safely can update this component and start saving now for your high definition projector;). Good luck!
