How do I connect an HDTV, and Xbox, a home theater in a box, and digital cable HD Box?

I TV Olevia LCD 37, a regular Xbox, an Emerson Home Theater, and a Motorola HD DVR cable box. How can I connect or where can I find a connection diagram, who told me how. I have an HDMI cable, an A / V Component (for audio and video) and A / V composite cables. I would like it that everything can run in my speakers home theater. the best way to do this is to run everything through the home theater receiver. I have mine setup like this ...
