My HD Ready, Built in Freeview TV habit BBC2 me or any DTT channel, please help?
Hello. I live in Weymouth, Dorset, and today, 6 May, the Digital conversion has begun. Today BBC2 was cut to 20 May, BBC1, ITV and Channel 4 will also cut Westcountry. See the thing is, before all this, I bought a HD Ready, Freeview built in television. It worked fine before the change, now I can not get BBC2, although its HD ready ... Also cannot not get any free channels? I also have Sky + in my room, which is working very well and normal. So I have to "tune" HDready my TV? Is the "digital tick pink" too. Anyone help me refine how or show me how to get the channels? Thanks (: xx Christie
You may not have autoprogrammed its Freeview tuner, or antenna connected to it. Since you had the analog stations, I can not take the "antenna" part of the equation is not missing .... But is the connector on the RF input, right? Look in the back of your TV ... more than one connector? Does the other connector has the digital word printed on it? If it does, move the antenna cable to it first, then preprogrammed digital channels .. If not, preprogrammed for digital channels .... Both procedures should be in your instruction manual, or even online if you have a leading brand of TV set. Good luck, and if you need further assistance, list their make and model of TV you have, and get more information on the correct procedure to get their digital TV stations in place ....
